Ballard DNA Project

The Ballard Genetic Project is run through Family Tree DNA with David Boyett as the co-ordinator and Terry Barton as the administrator. The goal of the project is to get as many Ballards or similar surnames to test their Haplogroup as possible. The benefit of this would be to see how close the Ballard members are, which could lead to the breakthrough of genealogical brick walls. It will also help individual members share a wide range of information and will most likely shed light of the members' ancestral origins in the near future. For more information please contact David Boyett at davidboyett@aol.com. The website is located here: http://www.pbase.com/daveb/ballard
